The SCM Class F 520 and SCM Class F 410 are robust surface planers and jointers designed for professional joinery, cabinetry and woodworking workshops. Engineered for precision, reliable performance and ergonomic operation, these machines deliver flat, smooth surfaces and consistent board preparation with stability that stands the test of time.
Both models feature a connecting-rod driven table system that ensures exceptionally fluid movement and maintains planarity without deformation, providing stable, vibration-free machining. The patented Smart Lifter protection system is fully integrated into the machine base and moves vertically, horizontally and tilted with machining, giving complete coverage of the cutterhead for improved safety and workflow efficiency. A concave/convex adjustment device lets operators fine-tune joint settings for perfect bonding and seamless glue-ups, eliminating visible joint lines and improving assembly quality. Optional Xylent spiral cutterheads are available to reduce noise and boost dust extraction while producing superior surface finish.
